Willie Jo (Malone) James, 85, was born on December 10, 1937, in Sunkist, Oklahoma, the daughter of Henry "Jack" Malone and Bera "Bea" (Winters) Malone. She was preceded in death her parents; husband, Bill James; son, David James; grandson-in-law, Kevin Roberson; and brothers, Jerry Malone and Charles Malone.

Willie Jo was born and raised in Boswell, OK. She married her loving husband, Billy Wayne "Bill" James on March 5, 1955, in the town where they were both raised and later moved to Borger, TX. After, 30 years and raising their family there, they returned to the Boswell area. Willie Jo enjoyed gardening, baking pies, watching the birds in her yard and spending time with the "Boswell Golden Girls". Above all else, Willie Jo was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved her family dearly and greatly appreciated being a part of the James Family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Willie Jo is survived by her loving family; daughter, Tonya Dawson and husband, James of Boswell, OK; grandchildren, Chasity Roberson of Boswell, OK, Correy Dawson and wife, Stormie of Boswell, OK; great grandchildren, Jilyn Robinson and husband Dylan, MaKenna Roberson and Ty Coker, Kolyn Dawson, MaKyah Roberson, and MaKinlee Roberson; great-great grandchildren, Adalyn Robinson and Hadlee Coker, sister, Chris Marlow of Boswell, OK; along with a host of other friends, family and loved ones.
