William (Bill) Claborn Clark, Sr., 65, was born November 5, 1958, in Orange, TX to Edgar & Dorothy Clark. He passed away peacefully at his home in Wright City, OK on April 17, 2024.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Edgar Clark and Dorothy Clark Duclion; his stepfather, Joseph Duclion; sister, Sarah Lynn Powell & husband, Tom Powell; brothers, Edgar Clark, Robert Clark and brother-in-law, Billy Odom.

To know Bill was to love him. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He spent as much time as possible in the woods and on the water teaching his kids, grandkids, nieces, nephews and anyone that could use the training on how to hunt and fish. It was truly more than a hobby to him; it was a passion.

Bill graduated from Buna High School in 1977, where he played football. He was a jack of all trades with knowledge in just about everything you could imagine.

Being a longtime resident of the Wright City area, Bill was involved with his church, Valliant Church of God, as much as his recent health would allow. He loved playing his bass guitar, singing specials that spoke to him or singing for the family on his karaoke machine.

Bill is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Clark of Wright City, OK; his children, William (Junior) Clark, Jr. and wife, Tasha of Valliant, OK, Kimberly Clark-George and wife, Nessa of Stonewall, LA, Henry Kostalik of Minneapolis, MN, Jessica Kostalik of Minneapolis, MN, Chance (Killer) Clark of Wright City, OK; his grandchildren, Haley Clark and husband, Jake, Brayden Clark, Dustin Clark, Miranda Hicks; great granddaughter, Riverlynn Mia; sisters, Patsy Griffith and husband, Joe of Buna, TX, Annette Stanfield and husband, Hank of Buna, TX, Norene Odom of Kirbyville, TX. sisters-in-law, Sherry Clark of Seward, AL and Donna Clark of Valliant, OK; along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Serving as pallbearers will be Greg Clark, Joshua Powell, Adam Powell, Jessica Bullard, Geary Endsley, Krystal Keller, Jimmy Phillips, Samuel Bullard, Nessa George and Chance (Killer) Clark.

Honorary pallbearers will be Junior Clark, Brayden Clark, Dustin Clark and Henry Kostalik.
