Wilburn Ray Donaldson, 84, son of George Washington and Liddie Mabel (Trusty) Donaldson was born on April 6, 1940, in Valliant, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Edward Donaldson, Floyd Donaldson, Orval Donaldson, Nelson Donaldson, Benny Donaldson, Jessie Donaldson and Marvin Donaldson; sisters, Gracie Donaldson, Delva Ellingboe and Mary Donaldson Kirby.

Wilburn was born in Valliant, Oklahoma and was the first in his family to graduate from high school. He honorably served his country in the US Army. Wilburn played minor league baseball for the Indians and Braves organizations. He enjoyed raising registered red Brangus cattle, liked to fish and bird hunt, coaching youth baseball and watching the Texas Rangers win their first World Series Championship. Wilburn loved spending time with his family and following his grandkids around to their events. Above all else, he loved his Lord and Savior and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Wilburn is survived by his wife, Betty Donaldson of Valliant, OK; daughter, Cindy Donaldson of Purcell, OK; grandchildren, Shelby Wehunt of Fort Worth, TX and Caleb Wehunt of Austin, TX; great grandchildren, Murphy Wehunt and Millicent Wehunt; special daughter, Amy Smith, husband, Alan and family, Adrian, Alex and Ashton of Garvin, OK; sister, Geraldine Wiggins of Mena, AR; along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
