Wendi Dawn Donaldson, 54, went to her heavenly home on April 19, 2026, passing at her residence in Valliant, Oklahoma. She was born on June 27, 1971, in Linton, Indiana, the daughter of Doyle Wayne Donaldson and Phyllis Loraine (Barker) Donaldson. Wendi was preceded in death by her father.

Wendi lived most of her life in McCurtain County, Oklahoma and worked for several years in the food service industry. She spent most of her spare time with her dogs that she loved so dearly, especially her beloved puppy, Socks. Together every day, they'd make the short walk down to Wendi's mother, Phyllis's house to visit with her. Wendi also enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and working in the flower garden with her mother. Above all else, Wendi was a loving daughter, sister and friend that will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Wendi is survived by her family; mother, Phyllis Donaldson of Valliant, OK; sisters, Rene Coffey-Wisniewski and husband, Curtis of Woodland Park, CO, Margaret Hairrell of Idabel, OK and DeeDee Donaldson of Kansas; special friend, Tracy Gaston of Valliant, OK; half siblings, Mike Donaldson and Mary Donaldson; along with a host of nieces, nephews and other family.
