Ustas Howard Larkins, Jr., 72, was born on September 8, 1950, in Ogden, UT, the son of Howard Larkins and Myrtle (Larkin) Larkins. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Arthur Larkins and LeRoy Larkins; sister, Clara Bell Larkins; son, Jeff Waugh; grandchildren, Lane Larkins, Laney Larkins and Ernie Suzie; and great grandchild, Ryder Larkins.

Ustas was a proud retired veteran of the U.S. Army. He loved his country and served for many years. Ustas was a true outdoors man, loving to hunt, fish, and work outside around his cattle. However, his greatest joy in life truly was his family. Ustas loved to get everyone together to visit and grill out as a family. Spending time with them brought him so much joy. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Ustas is survived by his loving wife, Hazel (Allen) Larkins; sons, Lloyd Parker of Hazelton, Idaho, Bobby Larkins of Boswell, OK and Jeffrey Larkins and wife Natalie of Durant, OK; daughters, Alice Tibbets and husband, Walter of Durant, OK, Juanita Parker of Boswell, OK, Rosa Sweet and husband, Brian of Mountain Home, Idaho and Sherris Bragg of Bennington, OK; brother, Paul Larkins of Boswell, OK; sister; Lori Smith of Farris, OK; 29 grandchildren; 60 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren; special nieces, Monica Hunter and Ruby Allen; along with a host of other friends, family and loved ones.
