Teresa Kay Garrison, 59, gained her heavenly wings on May 17, 2025, passing on from this life at her home in Fort Towson, Oklahoma, surrounded by her loving family.

Teresa was born on August 3, 1965, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the daughter of Winford Ray" Sonny" Watts and Joyce (Slack) Watts. She was preceded in death by her father, Sonny and brother, Jammey Lyn Watts.

Teresa grew up in Rattan and was a graduate of Rattan High School, Class of 1983. She married her loving husband, Sean Garrison on September 29, 1990, in Idabel, Oklahoma. They built their life together in Fort Towson and is where they raised their daughter, Seana. Teresa loved being with her family and spending time with them. One of their favorite memories together was going fishing as a family and it is a joy that has been passed down for generations.

Teresa worked for Tyson Foods for over 20 years, but her true passion was caring for children. Teresa's unwavering dedication and love was evident through her years of watching over countless children, guiding them with a gentle hand and a firm presence. To know her was to love her and she was known for her tendency to take charge and "boss" with a kind heart and a smile. Teresa touched many hearts in her life and her loving memory will live on forever in those who knew and loved her.

Teresa is survived by her loving family; husband, Sean Garrison; daughter, Seana Garrison and spouse, Gideon; grandchildren, Dacelee and Pate; mother, Joyce Watts of Oleta, OK; brother, Lloyd Watts of Idabel, OK; sisters, Linda Watts of Oleta, OK, Tammy Watts of Rattan, OK, and Debbie Watts of Rattan, OK; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
