Shafiq Rehman, 48, was born in a town named Kalur Kot in Pakistan on the 3rd of March 1977, the son of Qari Jan Muhammad and Amina Begum. He was preceded in death by his father and his brother. Shafiq was in his 20s when he arrived to the US.

Loving son, brother, father, and much more. Shafiq knew many people from many places. Wherever he went, he always made a friend. Anyone that knew him, saw that he was a family man and worked very hard to provide for the people he loved. His family hopes to continue what he built here and make him proud.

Shafiq left a lasting and positive impact on the town of Soper. Through his determination and hard work, it would not be the way it is now without his efforts. He left everything behind to come here and he came here with the goal to succeed, and he did just that. Although he is not here physically, he is here in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him.

Shafiq is survived by his loving family; Amanda Rehman, Sana Rehman, Mattee Rehman, Amina Rehman, Aisha Rehman, Amina Begum, and also by his loving brothers and  sisters.
