Sandra Ann Fuller Jacobs Bolton, 78, was born December 16, 1945 to Jack and Charlotte Fuller, Mound Grove, OK. She was preceded in death by her parents, son-in-law, Jon Davis and her extra daughter, Gaylene Shipp.

Sandy was a graduate of Valliant High School, 1963 and The Texarkana College, 1964. She came of age during a hope filled time of the early 1960s. She practiced nursing in a Catholic hospital where nuns were still an integral part of patient care, and nurses wore crisp white uniforms and pinned hats.

Sandy was a member of the Bypass Church of Christ in Idabel, OK and a virtual member of Central Church of Christ in Ada, OK.

She began her card ministry in the early 1960s and continued that ministry sending cards of celebration, encouragement, and cards to the sick and bereaved for almost 60 years. Sandy was a wife, mother, grandmother, mentor, and gardener.

Sandy was a gardener of seeds and souls. Her life bespoke love. She mothered 5 extra daughters in addition to her 3. She curated lovely rose gardens while serving as co-owner of Bolton Drug and Jewelry for over 30 years with her husband, Gary. She and Gary were best friends who enjoyed the outdoors, the riverwalk of New Orleans, and flying on Sunday afternoons. Sandy was a person committed to the land and place of her family. Two days before she left this plane, she and Gary were exploring one of the south meadows and discovered a yet unidentified yellow and indigo flower that she was looking to transplant.

Sandy will be remembered for her big smile and the twinkle in her blue eyes that she kept until her final days. She favored and was favored by her aunt, Bobbie Fuller Anderson.

Sandy is survived by her loving family, her husband, Gary Bolton; daughters, Dawn Bolton-Davis and husband, Ed Lee of Maud, Texas, Le Ann (JL) Jacobs of Norman, OK, and Ka Lyn Jacobs-Jackson and husband, Tracy of Ada, OK; extra daughters, Benella Baker-Fields of McAlester, OK, Elisa Poole-Steffey of Swink, OK,  Vicki West-Marshall of Sulfur, OK, and Sherry Williamson of Valliant, OK; grandchildren, Kyle Davis and wife Keyli, and Kade Jackson and girlfriend, CeCe Sayre; extra grandchildren, Dustie Shipp, Conner King and Dylan Crook; great grandchild, Reese Davis, along with a host of other family, friends, and loved ones.
