Sandra  Lometa Scott, 87,  was born on January 29, 1937, in Boswell, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her husband, Morris "Johnny" Scott; mother, Nora Duncan Stingley and  father, William Stingley.

Lometa was a lifelong resident of Boswell, Oklahoma. She worked as a telephone operator and later at the Wells Lamont glove factory in Hugo, OK. Lometa taught Sunday School at Boswell First Baptist Church and operated a home daycare for over 30 years. She  loved her family and was affectionately known as Gram. Lometa loved tending to her cattle and enjoyed being outdoors. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Lometa is survived by sons; Paul Scott and wife Vicki of Boswell, OK and Joe Bill Scott and wife, Renea of Stratford, OK; daughter, Rachel Lynn Evans of Chelsea, OK; grandchildren, Brandy, Jennifer, Scott, John Paul and Katie; great grandchildren, Morgan, Clay, Emily, Carter, Maggie, Dandi, Paisley and Josie along with a host of friends and loved ones.
