Ruby Marie (Lee) Belvin-Kelley, 82, went to her heavenly home on August 20, 2026. She was born on February 17, 1944, in Boswell, Oklahoma, the daughter of Lloyd Lee and Ruth (Jordan) Manous. She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Virgil "Buddy" Belvin; her second husband, Kenneth Ronnie Kelley; grandson, Ryan Brown; sister, Ruth Ellen Seachrist; half-brothers, Robert Lee and George Lee.

Ruby grew up in Boswell and was a graduate of Boswell High School, class of 1962. Ruby later devoted 20 years of her life to nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse, serving as a home health nurse and in nursing home care in Oklahoma and Texas. Her work reflected her compassionate nature and her commitment to helping others with dignity and respect. She cared deeply for the well-being of those entrusted to her, and her years in nursing were a true expression of her servant's heart. In addition to her nursing career, Ruby was the proud owner of Pine Creek Ceramics and Gifts in Valliant. Her shop was more than a business. It was a place where her creativity came to life and where others could appreciate the beauty of her work. Ruby had a remarkable gift for art in many forms, and she especially loved ceramics, sewing, quilting, and oil painting. She was very talented and found joy in creating with her hands, turning simple materials into meaningful and beautiful pieces.

Ruby was also an excellent cook and baker. She worked at the Valliant Nutrition Center for many years helping feed the community. Ruby also cooked for the school cafeteria and various restaurants in her earlier years. She always made sure to cook huge family meals; they were made with love and a way to bring everyone together. Ruby had a love for the outdoors as well. She always had a beautiful flower garden and many indoor plants. She usually would also have a vegetable garden, along with raising chickens, and her many cats and dogs. Above all else, Ruby lived her life through Christ. She was very active in church, whether it was, working as a Sunday School teacher, cleaning the church, putting on fundraiser or the women's ministry, Ruby always centered her life around God and helping others. Ruby touched many lives through her work, her talents, and her loving presence, and she leaves behind a legacy of kindness that will not be forgotten.

Ruby is survived by her loving family; children, Bradley Belvin, Melissa Brown and husband, Ricky, William Belvin and wife, Kim, and Paul Belvin; stepchildren, Michael Kelley, John Kelley, Ronnie Kelley, and Elaine Hoff; grandchildren, Kevin and Ashley, Ashlie and Stephen, Dustin and Stephanie, Dillon and MichaLyn, Kaylee, Brandon, Jonathan, Bennett, Trinton, Sarrah and Kaitlyn; great grandchildren, Braydee, Bryant, Berkley, Kagann, Kacin, Avery, Everly, Marley, River and Riggin; brothers, Henrey Manous, Leon Manous, and Ronnie Manous; sisters, Virginia Manous Doyle and Sherrie Gibbs; her beloved dog, April; half-brothers and sisters, Raymond Lee, Lillie Turner,  Shirley Bob Morris, Frankie Pelligrino, Curtis Reynolds, Joseph Reynolds, and Mary Russell; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
