Paula Jean Kimmel, 84, was born on April 29, 1940, in Waxahachie, Texas, the daughter of Paul Billings and Ruby Mae (Coffey) Terrell. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elzie Kimmel and brother, Kenneth Billings.

Paula lived in Clovis, New Mexico most of her life and was a waitress and a driver for UPS. After retiring, she moved to the Sawyer area to be closer to her family. She enjoyed listening to old country music, watching her animals and loved her dog, Sydney and her donkey, "Donkey". Paula also enjoyed the great friends she made while making ceramics . She loved going to church at the Sawyer Baptist Church and visiting with people. Most of all Paula loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by her family and loved ones.

Paula is survived by her sons, Tod Bode and wife, Paula of Lampasas, TX and Jay Bode of Sawyer, OK; grandchild, Dallas Cody; great grandchildren, Heaven Cody, Cash Cody, Tuff Cody and Kaylee Keeling; sister, Carolyn Billings; brothers, Billy Billings, Jerry Billings, Williams Paul Billings and Robert Billings along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
