Noel Wayland Flowers I, age 71, was born on October 10, 1952, in Holly Creek, OK to Edward Lloyd "Bully" and Tilda "Tillie" (Goodman) Flowers. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Linda "Lorine" Flowers-Hayes; brother, Robert Glen Flowers; sisters, Patricia Elaine Flowers and Alice Dean McMahon.

Noel was a lifelong resident of McCurtain County, OK. He was a carpenter by trade and loved being outdoors working on something with his hands. His hobbies also included fishing, hunting and riding motorcycles. Noel was a jokester and loved making people laugh. He never met a stranger and would help anyone in need. Above all else, Noel loved his family and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Noel is survived by his son, Noel Wayland Flowers II and wife, Joni of Broken Bow, OK; daughters, Sheena Flowers-McClure of Broken Bow, OK and Tonya Flowers-Brown of Valliant, OK; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; brothers, J.C. Flowers of Holly Creek, OK, Carl Lee Flowers of Idabel, OK and Dewon Edward Flowers and wife, Dorine of DeQueen, AR; sisters, Neva Lois Story of Holly Creek, OK and Virginia Arlene Campbell and husband, Joe of Wright City, OK; along with numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.
