Neal Dean Andoe was born on January 22, 1966 in Lebanon, OR to Kenneth and Mary (Snapp) Andoe. He was preceded in death by his parents and infant sister, Kimberly Andoe.

Neal Dean Andoe was a lifelong resident of Southeast Oklahoma. He was a cattle rancher and loved being on his place and seeing after his cattle. Neal enjoyed rodeoing when he was younger. He was an avid NASCAR enthusiast. Neal liked watching his grandson Clancy participate in rodeo events. He was excited about the upcoming birth of his namesake grandson, Conway Dean Boles. More than anything else, Neal loved his family dearly, especially his daughter and grandson. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Neal is survived by his daughter, Lindsi Boles and husband Tyler of Hughes Springs, TX; grandchildren, Clancy Jess Boles and (on the way) Conway Dean Boles; brothers Kenneth Wayne Andoe, Jr. of Frisco, TX; Jason Andoe and wife Jodi of Paris, TX; niece, Alysabeth Andoe; nephew, Asher Andoe; along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
