Modrel Ann Songer, age 64, was born on April 30, 1958 in Ft. Worth, TX to Milford and Carolyn (Sanders) Wright. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Modrel was raised in Ft. Worth, TX. She married her best friend and love of her life, Brit Songer on February 14, 1982 in Ft. Worth, TX and they later moved to the Valliant, OK area in 1990. Modrel worked as a truck driver, traveling all over the United States. She had a green thumb and loved being in her garden. Her favorite times were when she was with her family. Modrel enjoyed boating, fishing, and camping, loved her animals and sharing whatever she had. Modrel was a member of the Watermill Baptist Church. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Modrel is survived by her husband, Brit Songer of Valliant, OK; sons, Richard Martin and Cory Ballard Songer; daughter, Courtney Martin; grandchildren, Sadee Breeze Songer, John William Gallagher, Victoria Elizabeth Gallagher, Waylon Lee Martin, Rachel Leigh Martin, Woodson Cole Victory, Bailee Ann Victory and Browning Lee Victory; brothers, Milford Wright; sisters, Lucille Taylor and LaNell Garcia; along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
