Misty Dawne Saldivar was born on September 19th , 1981 and passed away on August 15th, 2026 at the young of age 44, leaving behind a bright trail of love and cherished memories that will live on forever.

Misty brought endless laughter, fierce passion, and a radiant spirit to everyone she met. Her smile would light up the room. She loved hunting, fishing on Pine Creek, and spending time with her family and friends. Misty always enjoyed helping others and poured her whole heart into everything she did. Her good heart knew no limits. If you knew Misty, you knew how hard of a worker she was. There wasn't anything she could not do. Misty was a jack of all trades, from cooking, cleaning, welding, and ranching. You name it she could do it. Misty was a woman of endless talent. She was always the first to offer a helping hand. Misty never backed down from a spontaneous adventure or a good argument. Dad would always say "she would argue with a fence post if she wanted too."

Misty is survived by her wonderful children, daughter, Demarie Saldivar and son, Daerson Saldivar of Rufe, OK; her loving parents, Michael and Debbie Cunningham of Rufe OK; her brother, Jeremie Cunningham and sister-in-law, Janelle of Locust Grove, OK; nephew Hunter Cunningham of Locust Grove, OK and niece, Laynie Cunningham of Locust Grove, OK. and her very Best Friend, Michelle Avalos of Sperry, OK; countless cousins, extended family, and friends who became her chosen family.

Misty was also preceded in death by the love of her life, husband, Jamie Saldivar; her grandparents, Jimmy and Jean Hibbs and Joe and Virgina Cunningham; and uncles, Steve Hibbs and Doug Hibbs.

Her light will never fade. She said every time the sun sets, think of me dancing in the sky.
