Milven "Madd Jack" McCleskey, 65, was born on April 12, 1959, in Hugo, Oklahoma to William and Mavis (Crane) McCleskey. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Herbert and Gerald McCleskey; sister, Jeannie Heaton; father-in-law and best friend, Elias "Ole Man or Pops" Roberts, Sr.

Milven was a lifelong member of McCurtain County, Oklahoma. He married his loving wife, Virginia on August 22, 1985, at the Court House in Idabel, Oklahoma. Milven worked many labor jobs throughout his life but, then he found his true passion, truck driving. Milven went on to receive his CDL license from Ardmore Trucking School and fell in love with being on the road. He would often take his grandchildren on rides in his truck around town and it was something that he loved to share with them. Milven also enjoyed collecting coins, reading western novels by Louis L'Amour and watching old western movies. However, Milven's true joy in life was his family and friends. He loved to visit with them and spend time with them any chance he could. Milven will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia McCleskey of Wright City, OK; daughters, Rachel Battiest and fiancé, Darnell; Ashley Manning and husband, Keegan; and Cynthia Roberts all of Wright City, OK; grandchildren, Zaccheus Holmes, Kieran Manning, Mahala Battiest, Ayionna Battiest, Kaelem Manning, Ayden Battiest, Jalen Holmes, Braylon Holmes and Khloe Tinajero; great grandson, Bentley Talley; brothers, William McCleskey, John William "J.W." McCleskey, Robert McCleskey, Jerry McCleskey, James" J.D" McCleskey, Melton McCleskey and Leroy McCleskey; sisters, Linda McCleskey, Brenda McCleskey, Charlene McCleskey, Carlene Huskins, Laquanda Dunavant and Lawanda McCleskey; special sister in law, Luellen; along with numerous other loved ones and friends.
