Mary Elizabeth (Hubbard) Chitwood, 78, was born on August 20, 1945, in Pampa, Texas, the daughter of Brice Hubbard and Lea Hubbard. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Bill and John Hubbard.

Mary was raised in Pampa, Texas and later moved to the Frogville area. She attended the Kiamichi Area Vo-Tech School in Hugo and that is where she received her Certified Nursing Assistant license. Mary worked at St. Joseph's Hospital and Choctaw Memorial Hospital for many years. She met the  the love of her life, Roy Wayne Chitwood while working at Choctaw Memorial Hospital. They were married on June 11, 1998, and they built their life together in Hugo. Mary truly had a servant's heart and loved everyone she met. Her love and kindness to all will live on in the hearts of the people she loved.

Mary is survived by her loving husband, Roy Wayne Chitwood of Hugo, OK; sons, Shane Beesley and Brandon Beesley; grandchildren, Shawn Beesley, Christian Beesley, Shana Beesley and Hayley Beesley; along with a host of friends, family and loved ones.
