Mark Benjamin Stratton was born on June 20, 1980, in Fairview, Oklahoma, the son of Verlon Lee Stratton and Judy Loraine Spencer. He passed away on April 4, 2025, at the age of 44. Mark was preceded in death by his father.

Mark grew up in Oakwood, Oklahoma, a small town where he worked for farmers for many years. He learned his trade to weld at the age of 13, he had many other jobs throughout his life, but welding was what he always went back to. He bought a small farm at the age of 18 outside of Boswell, Oklahoma. After many years and the passing of his father, Mark and his wife, Debi moved back to the farm where they had lived for over 10 years. Mark worked as a welder for over 25 years, and enjoyed fishing, hunting and loved being around his family and friends.

Mark leaves behind his wife of 24 years, Debi Stratton; son, Preston Brewer; his mother, Judy Christian of Fort Towson, OK; brothers, Cecil Robert Stratton of Watonga, OK and Thomas William Stratton of Kenefic, OK; along with two grandchildren, nephews, nieces and many other family members and friends. He was so loved by all and those who knew him were blessed to have been in his life. He will be so missed by all who knew him and loved him, but he will never be forgotten.
