Mark Wayne Moore was born to Robert David Moore and Aletta Larue "Pat" Patterson on January 27, 1961, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  He passed peacefully from this life on Monday, March 6,  2023 at his home in Boswell, Oklahoma.

Mark spent his childhood years in Oklahoma City, being raised along with his sister, Sandra, by their father.  When Mark was 12 years old, Robert and the children moved to Boswell to be closer to family.  Mark was an extremely talented young man.  He made straight As in school and never brought a book home, which was pretty irritating to his sister, Sandra.  His dad often told the story of receiving a call from Mark's school in Oklahoma City, congratulating Mark on making the highest score possible on an intelligence test he was given. After high school, Mark served in the Air Force for several years.  He was a self-taught musician and could play any instrument he touched.  He especially enjoyed playing classic rock on his electric guitar.  His love for rock music was very evident.   As a career, he followed in his father's footsteps and became an incredible mechanic.  His natural ability to fix broken things was unparalleled.  He worked hard and he played hard.  He loved his family deeply, especially his kids and grandkids,  and he made sure that was known. Later in life, Mark met and fell in love with his wife, Donna Greear.  Since they met, she has spent her time loving and caring for Mark and ensuring that the last years of his life were happy ones.  Mark will be remembered for his kindness, big smile, contagious laughter, witty remarks, and magnetic presence.

Mark is preceded in death by his father, Robert Moore, mother, Aletta Patterson, former wife, Connie Pierce, and son, Aaron Moore.  He is survived by his wife, Donna, of the home, sons, Seth Moore and wife Jordan of Soper, John Lloyd and wife Michelle of Clarksville, Tennessee, and Cole Feltman of Durant, daughter, Falyn Moore of Boswell; Linda Moore of Boswell; special daughters Lisa, Christan, and Toni of the Tulsa area, sisters, Sandra Wilkerson, Robin Roberson, Sharla Malone, and Stephanie Phillips, and brother, Brett Roberts, all of Boswell.  He is also survived by his grandchildren, Payton, Draven, Trenton, Mason, and Savannah, along with a host of other special friends and family.

A celebration of life for Mark will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2023 at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Boswell.
