Marie V. Wiggins, 95, was born in Unger, Oklahoma on April 6, 1928, the daughter Roland D. Moore and Muriel (Mock) Moore. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dennis Wiggins; brothers, Robert Moore and Carl Moore and sister, Betty Goodwin.

Marie lived in the Hugo, Oklahoma area most of her life and was a homemaker, loving to cook like her mother taught her and taking care of her family. Marie married Dennis Wiggins on May 5, 1963 in Durant, Oklahoma and together they raised her children in the Hugo area. She loved being outside and gardening, taking special care of her favorite flowers, begonia's, which she had planted around her house. In her spare time, she enjoyed going to garage sales and looking for a bargain. She enjoyed talking about memories of the old times with her siblings and telling stories about growing up. She especially loved to draw, always having a pencil and notebook in her hand, drawing animals and flowers. However, her greatest joy in her life was spending time with her siblings and family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Marie is survived by her brothers, Johnny Moore and wife, Betsy, of Hugo, OK, Jerry Moore of Unger, OK and Floyd Moore of Oklahoma City, OK; son, Harold Goodwin of Hugo, OK; daughters, LaRetha Lester of Sherman, TX, Elaine Winslett of Calera, OK, Vonda Schutts of Unger, OK and Donna Robinson of Boswell, OK; along with a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and  other family.
