Lois Geraldine Bean, 96, was born on January 22, 1928, in Bonham, Texas, the daughter of James C. Hickman and LaVada (Seals) Hickman. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Bean and daughter, Carol Hicks.

Lois was a longtime resident of Boswell and had been married to James for well over fifty years. She read her entire Bible going on three times since entering the nursing home including many study notes and personal reflections and her faith was unshakable. Lois was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan both in good seasons and bad. She loved spending time with her family, and they will miss her greatly.

Lois is survived by her son, James Bean and wife, Debbie; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren and niece Sharon Thompson along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
