Obituary

Lisa Ann (Anderson) Bennett, 47, passed on from this life on October 15, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on July 1, 1979, in Galveston, Texas, the daughter of Gordon Anderson and Linda Ann (Peelman) Wilson. Lisa was preceded in death by her father, Gordon; husband, Buddy Frazier; and uncle, Brad Peelman.

Lisa grew up in Texas but at the age of 12, she moved with her family to the Choctaw/McCurtain County area. There she built a life filled with meaningful connections and lasting memories. Lisa married her loving husband, Buddy Frazier in August of 1999. Together they raised two beautiful children and shared a wonderful life together until his passing on July 14, 2012. Later, Lisa found love again and married her beloved husband, Anthony “Tony” Bennett, on June 19, 2020 in Idabel, Oklahoma.

Lisa enjoyed the little things that made life special to her. She loved having her nails done and watching true crime shows. It gave her something interesting to follow and it became one of her favorite pastimes. However, Lisa was known most of all for the love she gave so freely to her children and grandchildren. Being with them brought her great joy, and she treasured every moment spent watching them grow, sharing in their lives, and celebrating their accomplishments. Her family was the center of her world, and she took great pride in the role she played as a daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother. Lisa’s family and friends will remember her not only for the love she gave, but also for the strength and warmth she carried throughout her life.

Lisa is survived by her loving family; husband, Tony Bennett of Fort Towson, Oklahoma; children, Jordan Frazier of Fort Towson, OK and Sahvanna Walker of Glover, OK; grandchildren, Kannon and Kenlynne; mother, Linda Wilson; sisters, Kristy Nation and husband, Michael and Trina Jewell and husband, Randy; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
