L.C. Pool was born on July 18, 1937 in One Creek Valley of Finley, OK, the son of Bud Pool and Myrtle (Smith) Pool.  He passed from this life on December 29, 2022 in Antlers, OK at the age of 85 years.  L.C. married Ada Williams on October 19, 1960 in Paris, TX.  He is preceded in death by his wife, Ada Pool; daughter, Leticia Joy Pool; parents, Bud and Myrtle Pool; brothers, RL Pool, Merl Pool, Marvin Pool, Earl Pool; sister, Rethie Pool; and granddaughter, Shawnlynn Pool; and great-granddaughter, Alissa May Pool-Heady.

L.C. was an amazing artist.  He loved to paint, landscape, do art with metal.  L.C. enjoyed collecting western belts and had collected over 100 belts over the years.  He had a passion for going to estate sales and buying the unknown.  L.C. loved history books, enjoyed collecting old music but especially loved collecting old books.  He found great joy having conversation with his niece, Lori Williams.  Most importantly, he enjoyed sitting on the porch with his wife Ada and drinking coffee.  L.C. loved his family and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

L.C. is survived by his son, Delvin Laine Pool of Bellingham, WA; daughters, Melissa Lynn Fritz of Lynden, WA and Lori Christy Pool of Hugo, OK; grandchildren, Levi Hardcastle, Sara Hardcastle, Katelyn Fritz, Molly Fritz, Jace Fritz, and Nick Morton; great grandchildren, Kylie Williams, Grayson Barnes, and Aubrey Terry; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
