Kenneth Ray Jones, 68, passed on from this life on April 20, 2026, at his home in Valliant, Oklahoma. He was born on May 3, 1957, in Santa Paula, California, the son of Kenneth Jones and Clysta Virgina (McEvers) Jones. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Kenny lived most of his life in McCurtain County, Oklahoma and was a graduate of Wright City High School, Class of 1975. He joined the United States Air Force and proudly served his country for a number of years. Upon his honorable discharge, he later worked as a computer repair technician for many years. Kenny married the love of his life, Mary Dagenhart, on November 19, 1988, in Wright City.

Beyond his professional career, Kenny enjoyed going fishing, hanging out with his dogs and watching baseball, especially his Atlanta Braves. Above all else, his family was the cornerstone of his life and spending time with them was one of the things he enjoyed most. Kenny's passing has left a void in the hearts of the ones that loved him but his memory will live on in their hearts forever.

Kenny is survived by his loving family; wife, Mary Jones; sons, Matthew Taylor Jones and Justin Andrew Jones; brother, Jimmy Jones; sisters, Sarah Thornburgh and Sherrie Pennington; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
