Kenneth Wayne Kelley was born on January 5, 1968 in Hugo, Oklahoma to Jimmy Kelley and Jolene Saxon. Kenneth was proceeded in death by his father Jimmy; stepfather, Doug Saxon; brother, Donald Kelley; grandchild, Angel Ramsey; niece, Hayley Kelley and nephews, William Gray, Tommy Kelley and Stephan Broach.

Kenneth had been a member of the community most of his life and is where he raised his family with his loving wife, Retha. Kenneth and Retha (Markcum) Kelley were married on April 11, 1986, in Lubbock, Texas and spent the last loving 36 years together. Kenneth was a true outdoors man, loving to go fishing and would pull his camper to the lake any chance he could. He was known all around the community and never met a stranger. Kenneth loved people, one of his favorite things to do was going to Wal-Mart just to visit with people. Kenneth's greatest joy in life, however, was his family, especially his grandchildren. They were his whole world, and he never missed any event going on in their lives. Spending time with them was his greatest joy and his family always knew that he was just one call away. Kenneth will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Kenneth is survived by his mother, Jolene Saxon of Hugo, OK; wife, Retha Kelley of the home; son, Jimmy Kelley and wife Courtney of Grant, OK; daughter, LeeAnn Markcum of Hugo, OK; grandchildren, Sha'Daja Thompson, Da'Marion Ramsey, Lee' Asia Ramsey, Calista Kelley, Lil' Jimmy Kelley, Khaiden Kelley and Keighanna Kelley; brothers, Billy Kelley and wife Karla of Hugo, OK and James Kelley of Hugo, OK; sisters, Renita Green and spouse Kenneth Cody of Hugo, OK and Jackie Broach and spouse Troy Gallant of Hugo, OK; along with a host of other friends, family and loved loves.
