Gracene Kaye (Williams) Barlow, 85, was born on August 5, 1938, in Ponca City, Oklahoma, the daughter of Thomas LeRoy Williams and Mildred Charlene (Kirkman) Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Kaye was born in Oklahoma but spent many years in California with her children and grandchildren. Kaye was a graduate of West Florida University where she earned a bachelor's degree in education. Her passion for learning and teaching led her to a rewarding career as a teacher and administrator. She was a very kind, loving and supportive mother and grandmother, each of her children and grandchildren held a special place in her heart, and she cherished the time spent with them. Her memory will be forever in her family's hearts. Everyone who knew her loved her and she will be greatly missed.

Kaye is survived by her children, Penny K. Hillin and William Denny Hillin; grandchildren, Shane S. Antonio, Corey T. Antonio and Kacie J. How; great grandchildren, Natalie Antonio, Sebastian Antonio, Liana Antonio, Remington Antonio and Noa How and sister, Sue Miller, along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
