Kay Rowland was born on February 16, 1940 in Ryan, Oklahoma to Thomas and Blanche (Payne) Kyker. She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, Donald Rowland; her son, Billy Wayne Rowland; two infant sons; sister, La Jean Mobley and a grandson, Nathaniel James Weemes.

Kay married Donald Rowland on October 29, 1960 in Altus, OK. Kay enjoyed going fishing in any lake she could find and going hunting with her husband, Donald. She was a beautiful artist; painting and drawing was a passion of hers. Above all else, she loved her family and loved to care for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Kay is survived by her daughter, Brenda Weemes and husband, Neal of Oklahoma City, OK; grandchildren, Jonathan Choy and wife, Brenda, Dustin Weemes and wife, Britney, Donnie Weemes, Brittany Adams and husband, Jeff; great grandchildren, Mason, Eden, Jacquelyn, Cohen and Piper; brother, Charlie Kyker of Denton, TX; nephew, Chris Kyker; along with a host of other friends, family and loved ones.
