Kathy Sue (McCool) Briggs, 64, was born on April 16, 1959 in Paris, Texas, the daughter of Clarence Ray McCool and Myrtle Mae (Thomas) McCool. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Tammy McCool.

Kathy lived in the Hugo area since 1998 and was an LVN. She married her loving husband, Randal, on January 13, 1986 in Paris, Texas. Kathy enjoyed going dancing and having her friends over to visit. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Kathy will be truly missed by her family and loved ones.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Randal Briggs of Hugo, OK; son, Brandon Briggs and wife, Ashley of Hugo, OK; daughter, Jennifer Hutson of Idabel, OK; grandchildren, Ashton Briggs, Katelynn Briggs, Dakota Holley, Noah Holly and Trinity Holley; brother, Tom McCool; sisters, Judy Miller and Sherry Jones along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
