Justin Craig Cooper, 66 was born on February 5, 1956, in Hugo, Oklahoma, the son of Cleo Clinton Cooper and Betty (Heddlesten) Cooper. He was preceded in death by his father, Cleo "Blue" Clinton Cooper and nephew, Aaron Cooper.

Justin joined the United States Air Force in 1975, traveling to different parts of the world and going wherever duty called him. He was a proud Veteran, and retired in 1995 after 20 years of service. Justin then returned home to Fort Towson to be around his family. He worked for Wal-Mart for over 18 years in the garden center. Justin was always friendly and helpful to all of his customers.  In Justin's free time he enjoyed many things. Sitting on the porch watching the animals while drinking his Pepsi, baling hay, feeding cattle, and taking his dog Little Bit on their morning rides. Justin was also a great storyteller and loved to help others, especially his family. Being an uncle was one of the greatest joys in his life; his family and friends will miss all of those stories and visits with him dearly. Justin will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Justin is survived by his mother, Betty Cooper of Fort Towson, OK; his aunt, Yvonne Cook of Fort Towson, OK; brothers, Michel J. Cooper and wife, Brenda of Joplin, MO and Tracy Cooper and wife, Anita of Fort Towson, OK; nieces and nephews, Kendall Cooper of Fort Towson, OK. Eric Cooper and wife, Ashley of Rattan, OK, Alex Cooper and wife, Jessie of Kansas, Apryl Bontrager and husband, Gaberal of Illinois, and Jaala Niswanger and husband, Jonathan of Missouri; numerous great nephews and nieces; along with a host of other friends, family and loved ones.
