Judy Kay (Hunter) Campbell was born on March 11, 1943 and departed from this world on August 22, 2025. She was the matriarch of the Campbell family – fiery and strong-willed until the end.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J.A. Campbell; her parents, Pauline and Buck Hunter; all of her siblings (eight brothers, one sister, Patsy); one son, Buddy Campbell; and one grandson, James Paul.

Judy Kay is survived by numerous children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and close friends whom she considered family – too numerous to mention.
