Winfred Joshua Menasco was born on November 20, 1943, in Wichita Falls, Texas, the son of William "Bill" Joshua Menasco and Lillie Mae (Jernigan) Menasco. Josh went to be with his Lord on June 21, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Mae Menasco, and two brothers, Justine Menasco and Ray Menasco.

Josh married Judy Kay Pitts on December 14, 1963. Josh and Judy owned J & J Sales for 47 years in Paris, Texas and Hugo, Oklahoma. He was also an auctioneer for 20 of those years. His true passion in life, however, was telling others about Jesus. Josh served as associate pastor at Sawyer Full Gospel Church until his passing. He loved preaching the gospel, playing his guitar, and singing in church. Josh will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Josh is survived by his wife of 58 years, Judy Menasco; two daughters, Charlotte McAnally and husband, Steve,  Lisa Laster and husband, Bruce; seven grandchildren, Kristen Nichols and husband, Keith, Joseph Norcross, Briana Grindstaff and husband, Cody, Michael Laster and fiancé, Samantha Serrato, Jovanie Laster, Jonathan Laster and Gracie Laster; two great grandchildren, Matthew Nichols and Aiden Nichols and two sisters, Norma Fuller and Betty Streeter along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
