Jeffery Neal Blagg was born on March 10, 1961, in Wilcox, Arizona the son of Johnny and Freda (Pike) Blagg. He was preceded in death by his mother, Freda, and brother Darrell Blagg.

Jeff lived most of his life in the Sawyer area and was a top-notch welder. He loved riding his Harley. Jeff was a good teacher and enjoyed teaching his grandkids how to fish with a "cane pole" and giving them a hard time. He was a people person, had a big heart, and enjoyed picking on everybody he met. Jeff loved his family above all things and enjoyed spending time with family and friends and always looked forward to the time he spent with them. He will be greatly missed by everyone that knew and loved him.
