Denise Duty, age 82, was born on March 15, 1941 in Westerly, RI to John "Jack" and Ruth (Kinney) Kelliher. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Duty; brother, David Kelliher and sister, Diane Morlen.

Denise (Kelliher) Duty married James "Jim" Duty on October 13, 1962 in Westerly, RI. She was a proud military wife, traveling all over the world with her husband while he was in the Navy. After his retirement from the military in 1979, Denise and her husband moved to Valliant, then to Idabel in 1995. She was a member of the catholic church in Idabel and while living in Oklahoma, Denise received her bachelor's degree in finance from Southeastern University in Durant. After her husband's passing, Denise moved to Arlington, TX in 2011. She loved working outside and was said to have had a green thumb when it came to gardening and flowers. Denise will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Denise is survived by her sons, James Duty of Alvarado, TX and Brian Duty of North Carolina; daughter, Mary Beth Donaldson of Arlington, TX; ten grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; brother, Doug Kelliher of Florida and sister, Debbie Hazlin of California; along with a host of other friends, family and loved ones.
