Janet Earnistine Wheeler, age 73, was born on February 24, 1950 in Tonasket, WA to Donald C. Maguire and Bessie A. (Creek) Maguire. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Donald Lee Maguire.

Janet loved to talk on the phone for hours about anything and everything. She was a devoted mom who loved and adored her two boys. Janet was unselfish and totally devoted to her friends and family. She was a strong woman who would give you the shirt off her back or her last dollar. Janet put her family first and would stand up to anyone who tried to hurt them. She was a twin. Her and her sister were complete opposites, but in the end, they always came together as one. Janet loved all animals. She adopted more than one stray dog that happened to cross her path. Janet also loved the casino. She had the luck of the Irish, as it turns out. Janet was thrilled when her only grandson blessed her with her first great grandson. She loved that baby boy and was expecting her first great granddaughter in October. Janet loved to talk politics and had no qualms about voicing her opinion. She once posted on Facebook-Sometimes, talking to your sister is all the therapy you need and sometimes, you need therapy after talking to your sister. Janet will be missed by every single person who's life she touched. There will be no replacement. They broke the mold when they made her.

Janet is survived by her sons, Mark Tinsley Sisson and Steven Brandon Maguire; grandson, Mark T. Garcia and Samantha Taylor; great grandson, Mark Tinsley Garcia, Jr.; sisters, Karen Kaye (Maguire) Shea and Judith Ann Pere'; along with a host of other friends, family and loved ones.
