Gregory Alan Bailey, 65 was born on December 1, 1956,  in Talihina, Oklahoma, the son of Don Bailey and Inell Pistubbee Bailey. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Don Bailey, Jr.

Greg was a graduate of Chilocco Indian High School. He played football and basketball during his high school years and always attended all the Chilocco reunions. Greg attended Northeastern University in Tahlequah and received his degree in Data processing and Social Studies from Haskell Indian University in Lawrence, Kansas. He worked for many years for IBM in New York, Sun Oil  Company and   Williams Oil and Gas Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma as well as American Airlines. Greg was a lifelong participant in the  Kelleyville Euchee Tribal Stomp Dance Ceremony. He had his own basketball team while he was in Tulsa and was an avid OU fan. Greg was a good Christian man, loved attending church and listening to Native Gospel singing. His grandchildren brought him great joy in life and he enjoyed spending time with them.

Greg is survived by his mother, Inell Bailey of Hugo, OK; daughter, DaLynn Bailey of Hugo, OK; grandchildren, Starlitt Garfield, Donick Garfield and Daytin Bailey; brother George Bailey; uncle Gene Harjo along with numerous nephews, aunts, cousins and close friends.
