Glenda Joyce (Hopkins) Roberson was born on September 22, 1952 in Fort Worth, TX, the daughter of Aubrey Hopkins and Merle ( Payte ) Hopkins. She passed from this life on November 24, 2022 at the age of 70 years in her residence in Boswell, OK. Glenda married Harold Wayne "Weiner" Roberson on August 13, 1969 in Boswell, OK where they resided and raised their family.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Weiner; her son , Kevin Roberson; her parents; brother, Jimmy Ray Vinyard ; and sister, Jan Vinyard .

Glenda was a graduate of Boswell High School and a member of Good Springs Presby terian Church.  She loved the Lord with all her heart and her Church was her passion.  Glenda enjoyed gospel singings and cookouts.  She worked for years as a wound care nurse and took pride in helping other people.  Most of all Glenda loved being the boss.  She loved her family and especially her grandchildren.  She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.

Glenda is survived by her daughter, Rachel Ainsworth of Boswell, OK; brothers-in -law, Alan Roberson and wife Ella of Boswell, OK , Randall Roberson and wife Kay of Boswell, OK; sisters-in-law, Regina Roberson of Boswell, OK, and Carol Honeycutt of Boswell, OK ; daughter-in-law, Chasity Roberson ; grandchildren, Makenna Roberson, Makyah Roberson, Makinlee Roberson, Ciarra Crawley and husband Clinton, and Brice Thomas; great-grandchildren, Everleigh Thomas, Zariah Crawley, Tommy Crawley; special cousins, Dixie Hammons and Rosemary McDowell; along with numerous nieces, nephew s, cousins, and friends.
