George Earl Osterdock, 80, was born on March 5, 1942 in Valliant, OK to Earl and Retha (French) Osterdock. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Marlene Stewart.

George was a lifelong resident of Valliant. He was a member of the Assembly of God in Valliant and was very dedicated to serving the Lord. George would go all over, visiting people in hospitals, nursing homes and jails so that he could minister the word and pray with those in need. He honorably served his country in the US Army and later became a mechanic and bus driver for Valliant Public Schools. George never met a stranger and could have a conversation with anyone. He was always willing to lend a helping hand. George will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

George is survived by his cousin, Carolyn Haley; niece, Jackie Collins of Idabel, OK; nephew, Allen Stonebreaker of AR; great nephew, Robert Wilkinson and wife, Lori of Lindale, TX; great niece, Karen Akins of Hugo, OK; great great nephews, Charles, Nathan, Matthew and Marcus; great great nieces, Tanisha and Breanna; along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
