Ronald "Gene" Osterdock, entered his heavenly home on January 7, 2024. Gene was born on June 23, 1937, in Millerton, Oklahoma, the son of Clyde Osterdock and Eva (Guest) Osterdock. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Eva; son, Kelly Osterdock; stepson, Joe "Bubba" Rodgers, brother, George "KO" Osterdock and great grandson, Jettson Matthew.

Gene wore many hats – fisherman, hunter, card shark, domino player and storyteller, but the most important was husband, daddy and Papaw. Gene loved his family and spending time with them was the greatest joy in his life. While Gene's light here on Earth has gone out, it will forever burn bright in the hearts of his family.

Gene will be dearly missed by his wife, Reba, of the home; children, Wesley Osterdock and wife, Anita of Dardanelle, AR, Tanya Nafzger and husband, Wade of Olton, TX, Genea Lott and husband, Michael of Broken Bow, OK and Cecil Osterdock and wife, Tessa of DeQueen, AR; stepdaughter, Ellen Bean and husband, Robert of Broken Bow, OK; grandchildren, Jason and Valerie Osterdock, Todd and LeAnne Osterdock, Heidi and Blake Beck, KC and Amanda Soliz, Bonnie Soliz, Kamryn Nafzger, MiKayla Lott, Jaedon Lott, Dewayne and Christa Osterdock, Jessica Osterdock, Kolby Osterdock, Matthew and Rainey Blackston, Jaysee Magby, Augusta Osterdock; step grandchildren, Erica and Jeremy Huff, Randy and Kristen Bean, Rhiannon Bean and Lucas Jones, Ethan Bean, Maria and Josh Langston and Josh Rodgers; 22 great grandchildren; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Pallbearers are KC Soliz, Dewayne Osterdock, Kolby Osterdock, Jaedon Lott, Jake Soliz and Blake Beck. Honorary pallbearers are Wesley Osterdock, Cecil Osterdock, Wade Nafgzer, Michael Lott, Shawn Osterdock, Albert Soliz and Everett Soliz.
