Clifford Gene Cody was born on August 20, 1941. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, James Michael "Bear" Reese and son in law, Abraham Molina.

Gene was a lifelong resident of Rattan and was a member of Victory Assembly of God.  He married Connie Sheets on December 5, 1984, in Paris Texas. Gene enjoyed hunting, fishing and fighting roosters. Gene loved spending time with his children and was a devoted and caring dad and grandad. He was a very organized, honest, hardworking man and stayed true to his word. Gene will be missed by all who knew and loved him

Gene is survived by his wife Connie; daughter, Vickie Molina of Rattan, OK; son, Clifford Ray Reese and wife Jessica of Lake Kiowa, TX; daughter in law, Carolyn Reese of Rattan, OK; stepdad, Evideo Angel of Rattan, OK; grandchildren, Chris Molina and wife Jenna, Baylor Reese, Courtney Reese, Braxton Reese, Bowen Reese and Banner Reese; great grandchild, Harrison Molina along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
