Gary Demond Owens, 36, was born on September 20, 1988, in Antlers, Oklahoma, the son of Clarence Owens and Mary (Brown) Frazier. He was preceded in death by his mother, Grandfather Herbert Owens, Mawmaw Etta Mae Owens.

Gary grew up in Boswell, Oklahoma and graduated from Boswell High School, Class of 2007. After graduation he moved to Durant and later to Caney. He worked at Choctaw Casino for many years, Eagle Suspension and in road construction. Gary was a jack of all trades and enjoyed working on cars and anything with a motor. He loved life and had an all-around good soul, he never took that big smile off his face. Most of all, Gary loved his children and spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed by all his family and friends.

Gary is survived by his partner in life, Tashina Childers; sons, Kolten Childers, Maizen Owens; daughters, Marleigh Owens, Maci Owens, Charlie Owens and Savanna Owens; father, Clarence Owens; brothers, Alex Frazier and wife, Breana, Clarence Owens Jr. and Quintan Scales; sisters, Kassandra Brown, LaSonya Gage, LaShea Brown, Mickey Owens and Whitney Owens; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members close friends and loved ones.
