Frances Lucille (Miller) Miller, 81, was born on November 24, 1942, in Valliant, Oklahoma, the daughter of Bert Miller and Frankie Lee (Clark) Miller. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her daughters, Deborah Gail Miller and Fern Marie Miller.

Frances was a lifelong member of the Valliant area. She married the love of her life, Raymond Fred Miller Jr., on October 17, 1957, in DeQueen, Arkansas. Frances was a proud marine wife; her and Raymond spent a few years traveling during his time in the United States Marine Corp, but they made their home in McCurtain County.

Frances took great pride in caring for her home. She always had a beautiful yard, loving to garden and decorate. Frances also enjoyed going shopping for shoes and jewelry. However, Frances's true passion in life was caring for others. Whether that was volunteering at local hospitals around the community or caring for her family, she was "Mom" or "Grandma" to everyone she met. She had a wonderful sense of humor, and a golden heart that made everyone around her feel loved. Frances will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Frances is survived by her loving family; children, Raymond Miller III of Hugo, OK, and Phyllis Semrad and husband, Dewayne of El Reno, OK; granddaughter, Brandi Havener and husband, Trey; great grandchildren, Ella Marie Havener and Maxton Patrick Havener; along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
