Donna Lynn Musgrave was born on April 9, 1967 in Hugo, OK to Jerry Don Musgrave and Darlene (Short) Hamrick. She was preceded in death by her father and her brother, Andy O'Bannon.

Donna was a Valliant High School graduate and later moved to Broken Bow, OK. She enjoyed going out with her friends and going to concerts. Donna wanted to be on the go 24/7 and there was never a dull moment when she was around. She attained a master's degree in Cosmetology and worked as a cosmetologist for over 25 years.  Donna was a very outgoing person and never met a stranger. She loved to talk and her best moments were when she was spending time with her children and grandchildren. Donna loved her life, her dogs and her friends. She lived her life in the moment at all times and truly enjoyed all of it. Donna will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Donna is survived by her mother, Darlene Hamrick and husband, Jack; son, Ryan Blan and wife, Heather; daughter, Heather Washington and husband, Glenn; grandchildren, Emerson Washington, Ryan Blan, II and Jackie Blan; brothers, Jeff O'Bannon and wife, Jennifer and Rex O'Bannon; sister, Pam O'Bannon; along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
