Don Everett Billy, 56, was born on October 6, 1967, in Talihina, Oklahoma, the son of Edwin Billy and Nadine (Samuel) Billy. He was preceded in death by his father, Edwin and brother, Kevin Billy.

Don was a lifelong resident of Pushmataha County. He graduated from Rattan High School in 1985. During his youth, he loved to play baseball and was selected for the All-State Team his senior year. Upon graduating, he went on to play college baseball at EOSC and SOSU, receiving his associate's degree and license to become a welder and machinist. Don enjoyed working in the field he was in but his greatest joy in life was being able to spend time with his friends, family, and his dog and best friend, Daisy. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Don is survived by his mother, Nadine Billy of Fort Towson, OK; sister, Debra Wesley and husband, Tommy of Sobol, OK; nephews and nieces, Tony Wesley and wife, Sharon, Derek Wesley and wife, Courtney, Shelden Wesley and wife, Tayla, Crystal Beller and husband, Brandon, and Teona Billy; great nephews and nieces, Kalin, Kaira, Nathaniel, Ethan, Peyton, Noah, Aspen, Saige and Lucas; his best friend, Daisy, and a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
