Deborah Carolyn (Collie) Hunter, 62, was born on November 15, 1961, in Middletown, Ohio, the daughter of Pat Collie and Elva (Moore) Collie. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her son, Brandon Mahoney.

Deborah had been a member of the Hugo community since 2018. She married the love of her life and her soulmate, Bert Hunter on October 14, 2023 in Hugo.

Deborah had a true servant's heart, caring for her family and friends brought her so much joy. She loved horses, raising her boxer puppies, and cooking for her family. Her specialty was her peanut butter pie. She enjoyed her grandchildren and always looked forward to them coming to visit. Deborah also, enjoyed spending time with her best friend, Virgina Self, cousins, Gina and Macy Self. Above all else, Deborah loved her family. Her passing has left a void in their lives, but her memory will live on forever through them.

Deborah is survived by her loving family; husband, Bert Hunter of the home; brothers, James Collie and Michael Collie; sister, Patrisha Loeb; grandchildren, Brielle Mahoney and Brynna Mahoney; special niece, Jonnie; along with a host of other friend, family, and loved ones.
