Debra Ann "Debbie" Williams, 66, was born on October 13, 1958, in Federal Way, Washington to W.C. and Estella (Bardsley) Williams. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ricky Provence; son, Jack Phillips and sister, Norma Jean Overy.

Debbie was born and raised in Washington, moving to Rufe, Oklahoma in 1970. She also spent a few of her last years in Superior, Wyoming with her life partner, Carl Baldwin. Debbie loved being outdoors, searching for unusual looking rocks or exploring the woods. She also loved fishing and would go anywhere; it didn't matter where, as long as the fish were biting. Debbie always raised a big garden and loved to cook for her family. She was rarely ever seen without a smile on her face and always tried to see things in a positive way. Debbie loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Debbie is survived by her sons, Rickey Provence and wife, Heather of Ft. Towson, OK, Trevy Provence and partner, Sue Murphy of Broken Bow, OK and Josh Provence and wife, Kim of Ringold, OK; life partner, Carl Baldwin; grandchildren, Kelby White, Ricky Provence and partner, McKayla Eberts, Harmony Ysalde and husband, Dawnavan, Michael Provence and wife, Londyn, Melody Provence and Chevelle Provence; great grandchildren, Zaya White, Emori Provence, Xhaiden Provence, Xhakaian Provence and Oakden Provence; brothers, Carey Williams and Buck Williams; sisters, Jessie Ruby and husband, Frosty, Tina Barnett, Candi Chick and Ana Hinkle; along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
