Courtney Marie Rapier, 28 was born on March 10, 1994, in College Station, Texas. During her childhood, she traveled the world, attending schools in Germany, Texas, Oklahoma, Montana, Scotland, and Hawaii. She received her degree in Elementary/Special Education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and worked as a special education teacher in Hawaii.

Courtney was a gifted, kind, and caring individual. She loved helping others and was adored by her students, frequently receiving praise from their parents for her kindness and devotion. She impacted the lives of many young students. She loved her little brothers dearly, as well as her cherished cat Simba. Courtney's passing has left a huge void in the lives of her friends, family, and students. She will never be forgotten.

She is survived by her mother, Sandy Staggs of Valliant, OK; father, Robert Rapier and wife Veronica of Chandler, AZ; brother Luke Rapier of Valliant, OK; paternal grandmother, Alice Raper of Hugo, OK; maternal grandparents, Jim and Irma Staggs of Valliant, OK along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, loved ones. She was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Peyton Rapier and grandfather, A.J. Raper.

Family and friends will gather for a luncheon and visitation at 12:00 P.M. at the First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall in Valliant.
