Charles "Charlie" Walter Flesher, 74, passed on from this life on October 28, 2026, in Hugo, Oklahoma. He was born on February 9, 1952, in Coweta, Oklahoma, the son of Walter J. Flesher and Maxine G. (Spurlock) Flesher. Charlie was preceded in death by his parents; son, Christopher Scott Flesher; brother, James Judson Flesher; and sisters, Freda "Fay" McMillian and Frances Fern Flesher.

Charlie grew up in Coweta, Oklahoma and was a graduate of Coweta High School, Class of 1970. He later moved to Choctaw County in the late 90's. Charlie spent much of his working life as a carpenter, a trade that suited him well. Outside of work, Charlie was an outdoorsman at heart, hunting and fishing were among his favorite pastimes. Charlie had a love for music, he enjoyed entertaining people by singing and playing guitar. He also enjoyed cooking for his family, and he took pride in preparing meals that brought everyone together. His memory will be cherished by family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to share in his life.

Charlie is survived by his loving family; his daughter, Jennifer Diggs and husband, James of Fort Towson, OK; his granddaughters, Autumn and Madison Diggs; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
