Charles Victor Bumpas, 59, was born on November 21, 1966 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl Victor Bumpas and Mary Pauline (Hull) Bumpas and sister, Carla Post.

Charles was a lifelong resident of Choctaw County and a graduate of Rattan High School, Class of 1985. He loved spending time outdoors, walking his dogs and fishing. Charles loved the Lord and going to Bible Study weekly. He enjoyed going to car shows, going to the movies and collecting various things. Charles will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Charles is survived by his sister, Amy Whitt and husband Cody of Detroit, Texas; nieces, Angelique Anderson, Caitlyn Whitt and Cholee Whitt; a great nephew on the way along with numerous other cousins, friends, family and loved ones.
