Catina Marie Woods was born on November 6, 1972, to Paula Marie Woods in Hugo, Oklahoma.

At an early age, Catina accepted Christ and became a devoted member of Christian Life Outreach Ministries in Hugo, Oklahoma. She graduated from Hugo High School and later moved to California, where she attended college. She later returned to Hugo, Oklahoma, and continued her education at E.T. Dunlap in Idabel, Oklahoma.

Catina worked for several businesses throughout her life and most recently was employed by Hugo Public Schools.

Catina departed this life on March 30, 2026. She was preceded in death by her mother, Paula Marie Woods.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory her children: Katrina Scott (Kealin), Cameron Bills, and Ka'Queesha Watkins, all of Hugo, Oklahoma, and Da'vontre Watkins of Piedmont, Oklahoma.

She is also survived by her two brothers: William Woods (Pearl) of California and Ronald Woods (Sherry).

Catina's legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren: Serenity Bills, Na'Siya, Ka'Ron, Ky'ren, and Londyn Watkins, all of Hugo, Oklahoma.

She shared a special bond with her longtime friend, Michael Bills.

She also leaves to mourn her passing her mother-in-love, Carolyn Hicks. Her bonus sisters, Cassandra Johnson of Paris, Texas, Demetrici Bills of Grant, Oklahoma; her bonus daughter, Marisa Munn of Hugo, Oklahoma; her bonus son, K'von Bradley of St. Louis, Missouri; her great-aunt, Dorothy Walton of Hugo, OK; along with a host of nieces, nephews, relatives,  and dear friends.

Two special nieces who played a significant role in her life were Kenya Minter and LaToya Bills of Hugo, Oklahoma.
