Bruce Owen Cawley, 65, was born on August 18, 1957 in Hugo, OK to Owen Willis Cawley and Mary Edna (Stone) Cawley. He was preceded in death by both parents and a sister, Lynda Jean Brumble Niblett.

Bruce was a loving son, brother, uncle, friend and prayer warrior in his community. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his father, brother and nephews in earlier years. In later years, Bruce enjoyed gardening and playing dominoes with his mother, watching OU football and praising the Lord at his longtime church, Valliant First Assembly of God. He loved Jesus and dedicated his daily life to reading the Bible and praying for anyone he ever met. Bruce was a kind soul and will be dearly missed by his family, community and friends.

Bruce is survived by his brother, Ben Cawley of Valliant, OK; sisters, Bobbi Cawley Lane of Mabank, TX and Jan Cook of Seagoville, TX; along with numerous nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones.
